  3. Customers must provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect details.


5. Returns & Refunds

  1. Returns are accepted if the mistakes are from our end and damaged during the delivery. You just check the parcel in front of the delivery agent and let us know immediately. All the items should be unused and in original packaging when you return.
  2. If the goods are not likely to your imagination, you can return instantly to the delivery person just paying the delivery charge and return charge.
  3. Refunds are processed after product inspection.
  4. Certain items (e.g., undergarments, socks, personal care) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
